Attorney-at-law Kamil Biernat – specializes in the company law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as trade and distribution law. His international business experience allows him to effectively advise on and participate in the creation of new entities and capital groups around the world. He gained experience in Shanghai Hanglung Law Offices, and in the legal departments of international capital groups, having also acted as a legal department head. He has also served as a management board member, authorized signatory and supervisory board member of many large international entities (including Vershold Poland Sp. z o. o.), both in Poland and in China.He graduated in law from the University of South Wales in Great Britain (LLB) and the University of Wrocław as well as completed postgraduate studies in Chinese law in China at the well-known and respected China University of Political Science and Law, 中国政法大学, where the law faculty is regularly recognized as one of the best law faculty in the People’s Republic of China in annual rankings.
Attorney-at-law trainee Karol Czekałowski – specializes in Chinese civil law and private international law. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, where he defended his thesis on the New Silk Road. In 2017, he graduated from the CLTE programme at the China University of Political Science and Law 中国政法大学, he has repeatedly presented at conferences in Beijing, and is a scholarship holder of postgraduate LL.M studies in Chinese law in the People’s Republic of China. He has been a board member of the Chinese Law Association since 2018 and president of the association’s board since 2022.
